For an easier, faster and more efficient construction, it is necessary to adapt and systematize all the work plans to make them modulated. All walls, doors, windows and other objects must be multiples of the width of the block. This allows you to identify the exact position of the blocks and other elements, thus avoiding last minute adjustments on site. |

The structural system consist of two types of reinforcing elements: |

Vertical Reinforcementscreated by placing steel rods and filling the verticcal blocks' cells. The structural calculations define the rods' diameter and the horizontal distance between one reinforcement and another. These reinforcements are also placed in corners, wall joints, as well as on the sides of doors and windows.

Horizontal Reinforcementscreated with the channel pieces, placing 2 steel rods along the channel and then filling it with concrete. Three rows of hotizontal reinforcements are placed around the entire building: According to the structural calculation, additional rows may be necessary. |

The previous step is to prepare the foundations according to the calculated loads and type of soil, also working on the hydraulic and electrical installations. The vertical rods must be installed before placing the blocks. The first row of blocks is the most important, as it will serve as a guide for the rest of the wall. Each block must be placed in the planned position being completely aligned and leveled using placement mortar. |

![]() Since the faces of the blocks are completely flat and the walls are aligned from origin, only a light layer of plaster would be necesary to get a flat and smooth wall. |
Also for other finishes, e.g. tiles, only a light layer of mortar is nececssary to adhere the pieces to the wall. ![]() |
